Legally, we have to state that there are no guaranteed timetables as to when your business will be purchased and you will be refunded your $299 back. But, we will indeed get it taken care of as promptly as absolutely possible. It may be the same day, it may be a month later, it may be six months later. It all depends on how soon the next person joins our organization as to when your money is refunded and how viable your business is to the buyer. If you have no people whatsoever in your downline, it is not very attractive to the buyer to pay the $299 fee back to you plus the $199 transfer fee to transfer ownership from you to them when they could join brand new for only $299. However, if you have six people in your downline, it may be an attractive solution.
