Mr. Kirby is a self-employed business owner in Raleigh, NC, owning a very successful property management company for the past 8 years.  His business is one of the largest property management companies on the east coast, owning and managing more than 200 properties.  Following a collapse of the investment real estate market in October 2008, Mr. Kirby was introduced to Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, and quickly became the fastest-growing representative in company history, earning the status of National Sales Manager in an unprecendented 10 months.  His system shattered the previous record to National Sales Manager by an astounding 6 months.

Bryant Salter, Regional Sales Manager

Mr. Salter is a former banker with Suntrust who met Mr. Kirby in 2007, left the security of the banking industry and joined Mr. Kirby's successful property management and real estate investment team.  Mr. Salter was introduced to Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing and joined under Mr. Kirby's team in mid-November, 2008.

As of November, 2009, Mr. Salter currently has 775 Managers in his organization, with success derived exclusively from Mr. Kirby's success strategy described in the plan used on this web site.

Kevin Boxell, Regional Sales Manager

Mr. Boxell is a self-employed business owner in the Cary, NC area, owning a successful Internet development and hosting company.  Mr. Boxell joined the Nathan Kirby team after an extensive period of research, and quickly promoted to the level of Regional Sales Manager.  Although relying heavily on the foundations of Mr. Kirby's methods, Mr. Boxell has developed enhancements to provide proven strategies for growth, and is the co-author of the  plan used on this web site.

Flint Bradley, Regional Sales Manager
